Hi all!
I lead on the design and delivery of a QI training and development programme locally – our “QI Fellowship Programme” which is open to up to 6 local health and social care professionals annually. We have a great “core QI” training package procured from a local improvement partner on Improvement Science and Measurement for Improvement, but…Read more

Hi Hilda,
Many thanks for your reply. I am registered on Hexitime, but it feels like that is more of a personal skills exchange platform. That’s something I’m very happy to do, but in his instance I was thinking more of the group training sessions that we put on. We will be doing these anyway and could easily accommodate a few additional…Read more

Hi Nadine
There was a part of me when I suggested Hexitime was thinking, it is usually more one to one, but I think there is potential in there (its how to create that) for wider skills share. What you are suggesting makes sense, there are so many fellowship programmes in different parts of the UK and Ireland finding a way to do the training…Read more

Hi Hilda,
Of course, please do share to any networks you think may be interested. We often work in silos and re-invent the wheel a little in healthcare, so any traction on the notion of how we can better share our knowledge and skills would be most welcomed!
Kind regards
Nadine

Hilda Campbell MBE changed the description of from "This group aims to offer a space through peer assist, active learning, sharing resources where we can pool our collective wisdom to consider ideas and approaches to adopt and adapt which can help the networks we are a member of be more effective and also support our development as network leaders.
These resources may be of interest. A validated self-assessment to help measure improvement https://www.cope-scotland.org/wellbeing-tips/entry/developing-networking-skills and a suite of resources co designed with members of the Q community to help address any identified learning needs https://www.cope-scotland.org/wellbeing-tips/entry/new-suite-of-resources
With the many challenges facing individuals, communities, organisations and systems today, it matters more than ever that we maximise the efficiency of our networks and collaborative efforts while simultaneously nurturing those network members without whom, the networks would not exist
Other special interest groups which we connect with include: Staff Wellbeing and the Liberating Structures user group You may also find these links of interest https://networkweaver.com/ and https://www.liberatingstructures.com/
We are keen on people sharing their networking stories so please, use this space as it meets your needs and lets find ways together where we can have improved outcomes for whatever our improvement goals may be and how network weaving can help
