This year Q and the Health Foundation are proud to be supporting the BMJ and IHI International Forum in London, as strategic host partners.
The International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare has a rich history of supporting and energising the international movement for health and care improvement. The conference, the largest of its kind in Europe, connects health and care leaders and practitioners from around the world to discuss solutions and to inspire action to deliver better, safer, equitable, and sustainable care for patients and communities.
Returning to London’s ExCel centre on 10-12 April 2024 the Forum will focus on what’s next in the world of health care improvement while showcasing a wealth of initiatives already happening across the UK.
Our partnership
As partners, Q and the Health Foundation have helped develop the programme for the event, bringing a focus on sharing, learning and connecting throughout. With many Q members speaking in sessions, panel discussions, and interactive workshops, there are a lot of opportunities to hear from experts and meet members from across the improvement community. Regardless of your improvement experience, there is a huge range of content across the conference to suit you.
You can also catch up with some of the Q team across the three days. We will be running sessions focused on engaging staff in major change, as well as a workshop on the future horizons for improvement.
Our home for the conference will be the Q hub in the exhibition hall. Here, we’ll be hosting plenty of structured networking sessions and activities to facilitate creating connections. If you’re going to Forum, you’re welcome to use this space for your meetings and connecting with others: it’s a dedicated space for our community.
