Working together to improve health and care systems

Improvement approaches are integral to the success of integration to improve patient outcomes in and across local systems. Q members are working in individual organisations and at the interface between them at provider collaboratives and Integrated Care Boards.

To demonstrate how improvement can help solve some of the big challenges faced by the health and care system, we are working in partnership with NHS Confederation to support Integrated Care Systems and with NHS Providers to support provider collaboratives.

We are doing what Q does best, connecting, collaborating, supporting, learning and sharing to help embed improvement approaches and improve outcomes.
