Lynn is a Quality Improvement Manager for the Care Inspectorate.
Lynn is a HCPC registered Allied Health Professional (Physiotherapist) with 31 years of experience in a wide range of care sectors/settings including care homes, community, acute hospitals, community hospitals, general/old age psychiatry day hospitals, intermediate care settings and specialist dementia units. Lynn has an MSc in Dementia Studies and is a member of the National AHP Dementia Forum. Lynn is passionate about leading and supporting improvement. She has a post graduate certificate in Leadership and Management and is a graduate of Cohort 5 of the Scottish Improvement Leader Programme (ScIL).
