  We want to create a network of wellbeing champions across Wessex and Thames Valley to provide peer support for those seeking to make changes in their own NHS organisations to staff health & wellbeing

• Sharing virtual heart failure group education across a region

  To develop and test a shared virtual heart failure patient education and peer support programme across multiple teams/geographies in Kent Surrey and Sussex.
