I do agree that the NHS are not ready for this but I’m not sure that anyone will be able to stop the ship now that it has been launched. Nevertheless it raises some interesting points – similar to a comment in your last email: ‘The reality is that there are significant differences and that those differences requite a translation rather than a copying’. I agree ant that translation will require a lot of time and effort – and that’s if the NHS cooperate!
