This is a workshop for anyone working with redesigning services or digital change, and are wishing to deepen their understanding and practice of systems thinking and complexity . 
We might know about redesigning using quality methods or Digital solutions. However, these methods do not work well for services that are more complex, and where engagement rather than product is key.
Changing the whole service, co-designing with staff and customers, engaging with managers. 
This is especially for the public sector where designers and change professionals are increasingly coming up against more interrelated people issues, and multiple stakeholders. 
This is a three day workshop (half days) that delves into real case studies and practice. Where we will learn new approaches and methods to deal with complexity and systemic design for services.
