Do we really think that the way forward with health is;

When the reality is that the health system is failing and is broken.
That phrase from Tom is really about the expectations of a consumer society, and consuming things that we want in our lives – like online shopping.
I do agree that the NHS are not ready for this but I’m not sure that anyone will be able to stop the ship now that it has been launched. I wish that as much effort was put into process management in the NHS. Without that being sorted digital stands no chance – just like the general application of AI in the NHS. Maybe Q will take up the baton and put some thought towards process management.
