I work as a THIS (The Healthcare Improvement Studies) Research Fellow, having been awarded a 3-year post-doctoral fellowship. My fellowship research builds on earlier post-doctoral research and aims to improve personalised support and care planning in colorectal cancer services.

My clinical background in occupational therapy, experience of working in healthcare teams, and interest in clinical reasoning underpins my commitment to improvement studies. I am passionate about improving patient experience and building the evidence base, as well as supporting all clinicians to integrate research into their roles.
