Senior Improvement Manager
Barts Healthcare NHS TrustEngland - London (North, East and Essex)
Working in multiple service delivery roles (both NHS and voluntary sector), delivering public health initiatives and healthcare in excluded communities, as well as roles in commissioning, corporate governance and strategy has given me a good understanding of whole-system influences. I have specific interests in the empowerment and participation of front-line staff and patients in service re-design and co-production; in the measurement of improvement, and the interface between policy & practice.
At Barts Healthcare NHS Trust, I work across our 4 sites as a QI resource that supports different programme of work
