Biography

Working in multiple service delivery roles (in both community & acute NHS and voluntary provision) followed by roles in commissioning, corporate governance and strategy has given me a good understanding of whole-system influences.  I have specific interests in the empowerment and participation of front-line staff and patients in service re-design and co-production; the measurement of improvement, and how things are operationalised (interface between policy, strategy & practice.)

At Barts Healthcare NHS Trust, I work across our 4 sites as a QI resource that supports different programme of work.

  • Virtual blood clinics

This project aims to transform the pathway for patients who need long term monitoring by enabling access to specialist blood tests closer to home and two-way communication with specialists
