Hi Matthew @matthewmezey @carolinepoole @naomi-burden
That sounds like a great opportunity. I wondered if there might be something we could do around QI undergraduate placements for AHPs? Would be a really great experience for entry level AHPs to hit the ground running with knowledge and skills in QI.

Wonder whether this is something we should pursue as a pump primer to get this group moving in the fast lane?
AHP’s in QI would benefit from connecting as a theme. Happy to do some donkey work on this as the window is a little tight…-
hi Helen, great idea – what are you thinking? I had some discussions last week with Ian Baines (also part of this group) who has shared some great learning from the ambulance group and how they got going and became a really connected group, now doing some great work together across the country. Something in here about forming relationships, making…Read more

Hi Helen – good to meet you ‘virtually’. Happy to provide some connections over to AmbulanceQ if that helps. Also happy to provide a little more insight into the discussion Caroline has described if that helps with a funding application for AHPQ pump priming. Just let me know.

This sounds like an excellent opportunity and a great way to galvanise AHPQI into 2020!
Please do count me in on any collaboration opportunity.

The ideas exchange idea sounds like a model we could try? This would hit all three themes from the Q event if people are able to join and observe, share and offer support?

We’d love to publish a ‘My Improvement Journey’ interview with you (or others) too, on the Q website.
Here’s an example: https://q.health.org.uk/blog-post/improvement-journey-andrea-gibbons/The final question is a great opportunity to ask for help with something or share what you’re up to.
Hi Helen – @deborah-wilson was in the workshop yesterday and mentioned a Community of Practice for AHPs.
There’s a 2nd workshop about this funding – on 10th Feb – which is more specifically about the ideas people have for their specific SIG (rather than shared challenges): https://q.health.org.uk/get-involved/supporting-q-connections/
I hope you -…Read more
