I was previously a Registered General Nurse with over 25 years NHS experience working in a variety of NHS organisations including acute and community services.
I spent over 12 years working directly in quality and safety improvement roles, predominantly within with Aqua (Advancing Quality Alliance).
I have designed, managed and delivered across multiple patient experience, quality and safety improvement programmes at organisation, regional and national levels, while at the same time always building and expanding upon my own knowledge and skills. I believe passionately that people have the knowledge and skills to improve safety, quality and design the experience that people deserve and expect.
My experience and insight supports people working in services and people receiving services from NHS and social care organisations to deliver on the agendas and pressures facing them today.
