As you may know, Etienne Wenger-Trayner is a leading expert in the field of Communities of Practice (CoPs) and – together with his partner Beverley – has developed a framework to help us understand how CoPs and networks create value.
About the session
In this lunch and learn session, we explored the key concepts of the Wenger-Trayners’ framework and discussed how it helps to recognise and capture the different types of value created by our own CoP and networks, and how to make that value visible to others.
