Hi Hilda,
Thanks for sharing the liberating structures – to me ‘being in tune’ means we all have a shared understanding of our goals and we’re all working towards this, and ‘how much we act together’ needs to be outlined by clear roles and responsibilities from the start of a project, with ongoing governance.
