Are you interested in learning about how resilience underpins your success and your wellness?

Watch back our series of online workshops, delivered by Resilience Dynamic, to boost your resilience and wellbeing. Through the course of three sessions, we explore to ditch the idea that resilience is all about toughening up. Resilience is your capacity for change and delivers both wellbeing and performance. Imagine being able to feel good and perform well!

Jenny Campbell, Resilience Dynamic CEO, presents the three workshops, focussing on personal resilience and what you can actively do about it.

Through three workshops of presentations, break out discussions and Q&As, we’ll be exploring:

  1. Workshop 1watch the recording
    We’ll be learning what resilience is and what it isn’t using the Resilience Dynamic® framework, exploring the drivers and enablers and how it connects to wellbeing.
  2. Workshop 2 – watch the recording
    We’ll undertake our own self-assessment review and discuss where people find themselves on the Resilience Dynamic®, exploring the implications of this.
    We’ll also discuss what is driving your resilience up and down?  How do you move from one level to the next?
  3. Workshop 3 – watch the recording
    We’ll explore the enablers of resilience, using tools and how to take this learning forward.
    You’ll learn what you can do to recognise your resilience level and how you can improve it.
