The Nurturing and Weaving Networks Special Interest Group hosted a space to meet, learn and share ideas and challenges related to networks, network weaving, collaborative working and our roles network leaders. The aim of these sessions was to use the principles of peer assist, to share ideas, inspirations, and challenges and to find answers together.
While we may work in different settings, we may find we and our teams are facing similar challenges. This cross fertilisation of ideas can be helpful in whatever goals we, or our organisations and communities are pursuing at present around improving how we work together to support mutual goals and aspirations for improvement within health and social care.
