We would love you to join us for the Musgrove Park Hospital inaugural Improvement Showcase Event. The event will take place at the Musgrove Park Hospital Academy in Taunton from 10.00 – 3.30 on Thursday 26 April 2018.

We are delighted to confirm that we will be joined for the event by Roy Lilley, healthcare commentator and creator of the Academy of Fabulous NHS Stuff.

At the event we will be sharing:
• Presentations from our clinical colleagues showcasing their improvement projects;
• Our evidence based approach to quality improvement, including our blended methodology for improvement, project management and benefits realisation;
• How we have developed our internal capability to deliver projects that we would previously have used management consultants and contractors for.

The event will be led by our executive team and will feature key staff who have been instrumental in the improvement projects including members of the executive, operational, clinical and improvement teams. There will be the opportunity to ask questions, share best practice and network with colleagues.
