This active learning session will explore the issues of equality when considering staff wellbeing. We will look into different experiences around access to resources to enhance and protect wellbeing. And how we can recognise this challenge and respond in a way that ensures the inequality gap does not widen.
Participants will be presented with the Swimming Lane Analogy devised by Molly Dasaolu, and then invited into discussion groups to reflect how it could be used in implementing staff wellbeing programmes which work for all the health and care workforce.
This session is organised by the Staff Wellbeing Special Interest Group (SIG)
