Many of us will have experience of mindfulness for health, but how can we use mindfulness to change organisations and leadership?

What does it mean to be a mindful leader? How can we become a mindful leader? What effect can it have on our colleagues, staff, the organisation?

In this webinar, we will explore what mindfulness is and look at the theory and practice of mindful leadership. Karen will also be sharing how her work with leaders has developed as well as some of her experience of working with leaders.

And most importantly, Karen will be guiding us through two short mindfulness practices. No prior experience of mindfulness is necessary to attend this webinar. To make the most of this session, Karen recommends that participants join from an undisturbed and quiet space if possible.

Bio
Karen Liebenguth is an accredited mindfulness teacher, mindfulness supervisor, certified coach and facilitator. Karen offers tailored mindfulness and coaching programmes for the workplace. She set up Green Space Coaching & Mindfulness in 2008 to foster personal and professional development, self-leadership and mental resilience.

Karen is an accredited and associate mindfulness trainer with Breathworks and a member of the Association of Coaching. She has done further training in mindfulness for the workplace at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre. Karen follows the Good Practice Guidelines set out by the UK Network for Mindfulness-Based Teacher Training Organisations.
