We recognise the value of networks, and having some way to analyse the effectiveness of our networks may be helpful to support network learning. With more demands on our time it matters more than ever that we find ways which are most effective to meet our needs.

Assessing your Network

This interactive session, open to all, offers a safe space to be introduced to the ‘Assessing your Network’ tool, as shared in the Network Weaver’s Handbook. We aim for you to be able to take your learnings from the session and share it with peers. The assessment covers:

  • The Relationship Network
  • The Action Network
  • The Intentional Network

If you’re exploring developing your networks, then this simple tool offers a way to capture where the network currently is and where it wants to go in future, and ideas for how to get there.

While we work in different settings, we may find we are facing similar challenges and that a range of ideas can be helpful in whatever quality improvement goals we or our organisations are pursuing at present.
