A tool for sharing diverse viewpoints: the Jigsaw Lids framework

This interactive session explored tools and ideas to help support attendees networks' objectives of being more effective.

9 Feb 2023
16:00 – 17:00

This interactive session, open to all, offered a safe space to be introduced to tools and ideas to help support attendees networks’ objectives of being more effective, and sharing with peers.

Pre-session reading can be found on the COPE Scotland website.

The session covered:

  • The concept of Jigsaw Lids
  • An example of how they were used in primary care transformation
  • The opportunity to explore with peers creating a lid of conditions which support effective networks

Life is complicated enough, sometimes a simple tool can help us find ways to mitigate the impact of complexity to get to a space which is more rewarding and helps us achieve more individually and collectively.

We recognise the value of networks and having some way to capture diverse view points which can help focus to agreed actions is what the Jigsaw Lids may offer. With more demands on our time, but no more time in the day to meet those demands it matters more than ever that we find ways to use our time in ways which are most effective to meet our needs.
