I have a professional background in Improvement Science, Organisational Psychology and Organisational Development. I am particularly interested in team development and improvement. I have a Psychology Ph.D and CIPD certificate in the Psychology of Organisational Development and Change.Over the past 20 years, I have developed a way to measure and track team energy for change and conducted research, evaluation and training for the European Union, Cambridge University and Oxford Brookes University. More recently, I have worked for NHS National Improvement bodies, such as the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement, undertaking a wide range of responsibilities from Research Associate to Commercial Manager and Head of Organisational Development.
