An Occupational Therapist by profession and at heart. Working since 2018 as a Quality Improvement Facilitator in Dorset Healthcare - now embedded as QI Lead in the Transformation Team. Passionate about people-led improvement, lived experience, and living and working more sustainably and in tune with our natural environment.
