In the current climate, it is very challenging for staff to be able to carry out improvement when they are faced with many pressures and demands. We need to create the right environment and support for staff to be able to engage in improvement.

Taking the time out to be able to pause, understand readiness for improvement and work on developing & investing in the people carrying out the improvement can help overcome some of the challenges we are faced with.

The Improvement Culture Club is a space to collaborate and connect with others on the 4 pillars that underpin it : Creativity, kindness, empowerment and knowledge. We learn from each other, spark ideas and listen to experiences.
