I currently work for the NHS as clinical educational lead: non-medical. This role is very strategic and has created lots of opportunity for small scale and larger scale change within my organisation.

This role links in with innovation, workforce, quality of care, collaboration and networking. It is a a very eclectic mix of opportunities including utilising my knowledge and lived experiences to review processes, implement change and up-skill individuals to improve the experiences of our staff, patients and learners across the trust.

Outside of work, I am a patient, disability and LGBTQ+ advocate, speaking at conferences and events such as Patients as partners,  HMRA and EMA reviews and Cambridge Pride.
