20 years of experience as a Project Manager in the NHS. Qualified project manager (Prince 2 Practitioner) with a background in quality improvement in  a range of Foundation Trust Hospitals; Great Ormond Street, UCLH, Barts, NWAFT, Guy's and St Thomas's and also The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. My degree is in Education. I believe in compassionate leadership and kindness, using emotional intelligence and being inclusive and democratic. Passionate about women and children's health. I also fundraise for Parkinson's UK and organise an annual Live Music event.
