I am an Adult Nurse by background, where I have spent 23 yrs in an Acute NHS Trust, where I have worked on the AMU, Full time education and the set up and running of the Hospital Vaccination Hub. The latter gave me the QI bug and from there I have moved to a community NHS Trust as a quality improvement specialist.
I have a great passion for ensuring that we are constantly evolving to ensure that our patients receive high standards of care and our colleagues are working in conditions conducive to happier healthier lives.
