What is the challenge your project is going to address and how does it connect to your chosen theme?

This project explores different models to out-patient attendances.  It will explore alternatives to outpatient attendances by looking at grouping clinics, looking at technical and environmental issues – access to systems to populate shared clinical records.

What does your project aim to achieve?

Reductions in face to face appointments, improving clinical pathways and supporting GPs by reducing contacts by providing more timely care for patients.
