Everything you wanted to know about co-design but were afraid to ask! This online EBCD course offers virtual structured training in patient-centred service design techniques and is open to clinical and non-clinical staff, as well as those working in research. Adapted for conducting co-design projects during social distancing.

Patient Leadership signals a breakthrough in healthcare that moves beyond traditional engagement and uncovers the pioneering and transformative work of patient leaders – those affected by life-changing illness, injury or disability who want to lead change in the healthcare system. Or ‘those who have been through stuff, who know stuff, who want to change stuff’.

We have combined the findings from the rapid shift from face to face to remote consultations in mental health from Pre-Covid-19 and During Covid-19 literature reviews, patient and staff surveys and real-time evaluations. This event will focus on our findings, and give participants the opportunity to contribute to the discussion on the future of telemental health.
