This conversation explores perspectives from different countries and industry sectors, relating to the current pandemic crisis and how people bring together expertise and create useful solutions in the face of rapidly and radically changing circumstances. We combine insights emanating from both diverse disciplines and discuss how these can contribute to the capabilities of the society to act and respond when dealing with crises.

  • Marcos R. S. Borges is a Senior Researcher at TECNUN, University of Navarra
  • Eric Rigaud, is a Senior Researcher at the Centre for research on Risks and Crisis
    (CRC), MINES ParisTech / PSL
