In February 2017, the RCGP launched QI Ready, an online tool to support GPs and practice staff to carry out QI projects in their practices. Following the launch of the tool, the RCGP are holding quality improvement workshops across the UK focusing on a range of different clinical and organisational areas. This event in Edinburgh will focus on improving patient care in diabetes and sepsis using QI, and show how the QI Ready tool can support QI in your practice in general and in these clinical areas. The workshops will be facilitated by Dr Mike Holmes, Clinical Champion for QI Ready, Dr Bill Taylor, Clinical Champion for Building QI Capability and Dr Rachel Marsden, Clinical Support Fellow for Sepsis. The event will be suitable for all GPs and primary care nurses.
