OnlineThis is one of the highlights of the Q year, bringing together our members from across the UK and Ireland. It’s an opportunity for you to share ideas, experiences, and learn from each other.
We will be showcasing work from across the community over the past year and providing opportunities for you to connect across geographical and organisational boundaries. You’ll leave feeling inspired and energised!
Over two consecutive half days we will be featuring a mix of live sessions, including keynote speeches, panel conversations and interactive workshops.
Attendees will:
- Build and strengthen your connections across the community
- Learn from expert led sessions
- Share your ideas and experiences through interactive content and networking.
Our easy-to-use digital platform will provide opportunities for you to connect and network across the two days. All sessions will be recorded and available on demand after the event.
Content will be based around three core themes:
- Bringing improvement and digital together for sustainable change
- Reducing waiting in ways that support broader transformation goals
- Enabling integrated improvement across sectors.

- Session 4: Engaging staff in change (Principles for success and examples)
- Session 5: Developing shared improvement approaches across local systems (Speakers: NHS Confederation and the Health Foundation)
