The Nurturing and Weaving Networks Special Interest Group is hosting a space to meet, learn and share ideas and challenges related to networks, network weaving, collaborative working and our roles network leaders. The aim of these sessions is to use the principles of peer assist, to share ideas, inspirations, and challenges and to find answers together.
These peer assist sessions will be of particular value to those involved in integration and working across non-traditional boundaries as well as those who are coordinating networks.
The dates are as follows:
- 12 December 2023, 12.00 – 12.50
- 28 March 2024, 12.00 -12.50
- 2 May 2024, 16.00 – 16.50
While we may work in different settings, we may find we and our teams are facing similar challenges. This cross fertilisation of ideas can be helpful in whatever goals we, or our organisations and communities are pursuing at present around improving how we work together to support mutual goals and aspirations for improvement within health and social care.
