This is an open discussion for people looking into the possibility of mapping individuals, and organisations, involved in improvement in their ICS, or other system – as well as those who have undertaken this before.

Can visualising this improvement network make the connections, and silos, more visible, in a way that can help uncover ways to make improvement more effective, release untapped resources, identify hidden bridgers etc?
