Leadership journey to support a 7 day service in Oxfordshire community hospitals

Learning from the response to COVID-19 in the Oxfordshire community hospitals, and hearing about their expanded 7 day service and increased support

13 Sep 2022
19:00 – 20:30

REDGRAVE, DISS

We are delighted to welcome Kate Riddle and her team from Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust to the next online discussion of our Special Interest Group on community hospitals. Their response to the pandemic was to create a new clinical and management system that has proved to be beneficial for patients, the service, and the local health and social care system. It has enabled the community hospitals to play a full part in managing demand during the pandemic, and shown the vital importance of their role. There is much to learn from the leadership model and the offering of a 7 day service.

We are delighted that they will be talking to us about how the idea came about, how it worked in practice, and how they are going forward. The team will present their CHA Quality Improvement case study and will be happy to answer questions. It will be an interesting and very topical discussion! Please register and join us – and meet the team:
