We invite you to our Enablers for Rapid Change during COVID-19 session. We will describe what we have observed across health and social care that are driving the change and explore how staff have adapted and amplified aspects of improvement theory to meet the pace of change whilst ensuring that changes to practice stay safe, effective and help to save lives. We invite you to take the concepts and add to them with your own insight and reflections and contribute to the on-going evolution of the model to support continuous improvement as we move forward.
