About this session
In this last Joy in Work Curiosity Collective session of 2024, we’ll have some time to reflect – individually and collectively – on our Joy in Work journey.
We’ll use Liberating Structure Spiral Journal to reflect on what we have noticed about our own joy in work this past year and the questions and ideas that are emerging for us in the relation to that.
This is also an opportunity to look back at what the collective has covered and developed since the first session in June. We’ll evaluate the format of the sessions and share ideas for topics, tools and practices the collective could explore together in the coming year.
All are welcome and you don’t need to have participated in previous sessions to join this one.

Join Julia Wood and John Rouse for monthly virtual 45 minute discussions aimed at navigating the challenges of implementing and sustaining Joy in Work.
During each session we’ll leverage our collective brain power to tackle complex issues and questions surrounding Joy in Work. These discussions could make all the difference between implementing and sustaining a successful Joy in Work project and one which leaves you wondering where things went wrong.
In this session attendees will guide the selection of topics, which means that the content is tailored to your challenges and draws upon your experiences.
