Schwartz Rounds: support your healthcare staff

Healthcare staff face unique challenges in their work, providing high-quality compassionate care in the face of increasing demand and limited resources.

The Point of Care Foundation supports organisations to run Schwartz Rounds, an evidence-based intervention which help to improve staff health and well-being by allowing them to share stories and reflections from healthcare. Staff who attend Rounds feel less stressed and isolated, and report improved teamwork and connectedness to colleagues.

Schwartz Rounds are now running in more than 150 organisations across the UK. Our new programme has been designed especially for smaller organisations, such as hospices or primary care organisations.
