This event shared the insights gathered and learning from the 2020 Q Exchange Project “Community Hospitals: Embedding COVID-19 positive impact changes through shared learning”.

The project took an appreciative inquiry approach using qualitative interviews to understand what innovations and best practice had occurred in community hospitals in response to COVID-19 and the role they took in supporting the wider health and care systems. The event shared the learning to date, the themes identified with example case studies and gave attendees an opportunity to discuss and share their own experiences and help us think about the best ways to share this learning across the Health and Care system.
