The Health Foundation and RAND Europe will be presenting a session entitled ‘Where evaluation, improvement and health service research meet: the opportunities and risks of embedded research’ at the Health Services Research UK Symposium (HSRUK).

The tenth Health Services Research UK Symposium (HSRUK) is not far away – registrations are open now and it promises to be a thought-provoking two days! The conference brings together individuals and organisations interested in health service innovation, evidence and improvement for two days of workshops, sessions and networking. Research and analysis on a wide range of topics are covered, from Commissioning to Patient Experience, with speakers from across the health sector.

The Health Foundation and RAND Europe will be presenting a session entitled ‘Where evaluation, improvement and health service research meet: the opportunities and risks of embedded research’ on the 7 July.’ This interactive 75 minute session will use Q as a case study and explore how embedded evaluation can generate learning and what the value of this is.
