The embedding of improvement into ‘management systems and processes’ is a core component of the NHS IMPACT approach that all NHS organisations are being supported to embed.
This online event brings together Quality Management veteran Dr Tom Rose and Jem Ramazanoglu, Quality Improvement Programme Manager at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust, for a conversation on how to overcome hurdles on the challenging path to creating and implementing an effective Quality Management System (QMS).
Jem will bring his experience of on-the-ground improvement challenges in areas such as strategy deployment, process design and process management, with the aim of creating:
- Clear plans to deliver strategic priorities
- Work designed to meet stakeholder, policy and regulator requirements
- Robust compliance monitoring to ensure we minimise error
- Targeted improvement
There will be an opportunity for participants to share their own QMS challenges, as well as ask Tom and Jem questions.
A brief overview of current and emerging QMS-related work being led by the Q team will also be shared.
