This one-day workshop, led by expert trainers, teaches participants how to use the Experience Based Co-Design (EBCD) method to improve the delivery of their service and make it more responsive to patients’ wishes. Participants will gain a theoretical overview of the co-design method and practical instruction to enable them to lead a project of their own.
