Cornwall & Isles of Scilly QI Conference 2023, 20th November, 9am – 4pm

This years conference theme is: Collaboration, Networking & QI Growth
Aim: “To celebrate the System’s QI journey to date, showcasing our collaborative QI working, capability and Improvement activity from across the System and to continue to inspire QI locally, regionally & nationally”

The conference is being held virtually and being co-presented by Acute and Community Hospitals. We have a full exciting agenda for the day with speakers from across the system including: RCHT Acute Hospital, Community Hospitals, Integrated Care Board and Areas, Care Homes, Cornwall Council, Voluntary sector and more. We know that teams across our Cornwall & Isles of Scilly (CIOS) healthcare system are making changes to improve on patient and staff care, safety and experience. As we become a more established Integrated Care System (ICS) for CIOS, we have the opportunity to work collaboratively providing positive impacts for our population. The Systemwide CIOS QI Conference affords an opportunity to share, learn and inspire each other to make improvements.
