This interactive session will offer a safe space to be introduced to the ‘Why am I here infographic’ and to share with peers where you may find it of value in your work. The infographic enables us to manage expectations of ourselves as well as others and may be of interest to many including, those interested in building networks, looking at staff wellbeing and liberating structures
Life is complicated enough, sometimes a simple tool can help us find ways to mitigate the impact of complexity to get to a space which is more rewarding and helps us achieve more individually and collectively.
While we may work in different settings, we may find we are facing similar challenges, and we may find this cross fertilisation of ideas helpful in whatever QI goals we or our organisations are pursuing at present.
