This interactive session offered a safe space to be introduced to the practice ’15 seconds 30 minutes (15s30m)’. 15s30m aims to help anyone identify how they could spend a few extra seconds on a task now which will save someone else 30 minutes or more later on.
The session covered:
- What the 15sec30min practice is and where you can find the materials to use in your own work place to run a workshop
- Other tools, ideas and resources which can help save time
- Space to reflect with others around what has been shared
- An opportunity to consider future active learning sessions and tools/ideas/resources which people want to cover
Life is complicated enough, sometimes a simple tool can help us find ways to mitigate the impact of complexity to get to a space which is more rewarding and helps us achieve more individually and collectively.
While we work in different settings, we may find we are facing similar challenges and that this cross fertilisation of ideas helpful in whatever goals we or our organisations are pursuing at present.
This session was organised by Q’s Nurturing and Weaving Networks Special Interest Group.
