Thank you Maria! I am excited to be part of the group. I have just finished Malcolm Gladwell’s ‘Outliers’ – a really interesting chapter on Human Factors in Aviation (particularly focussed on Korean airlines). Next I’ve just bought Black Box Thinking by Matthew Syed (yet to arrive).
