I am currently employed as an Improvement Advisor at East London NHS Foundation Trust where I support the development and deployment of the QI strategy within the organisation and manage and support projects that fall within the Trust's high priority QI areas.
I have an MSc in Medical Parasitology from The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, however, my QI journey began as a healthcare assistant at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust where I became involved in quality improvement projects. This work led to me becoming a Physical Health Innovation Lead where I supported inpatient and community teams with improving the quality of assessments and documentation of physical health assessments and interventions.
I later became an Improvement Coach where I supported teams in CNWL with quality improvement initiatives aimed at finding innovative ways to improve the quality of services provided to patients in CNWL and improving the general working environment for staff.
