Having worked in Australia and New Zealand, I started my work in the NHS in 2000. In 2003  I started my journey working with Children and Families as a Health Visitor in North Kensington, London. Since then I have worked as a team lead in Oxford, and a Professional Lead in Children and Families services in Hampshire. We need to do better in terms of support for Infant Mental Health and healthy, happy childhoods.

The highlight of my working life so far was 2.5 years spent as a Maternal Child Health Advisor in Kratie, Cambodia. Trained in Quality Improvement in 2018, and currently a QI  coach since 2023. Passionate about the methodology, and it's potential for improving pathways and patient outcomes.
