I am the strategic lead of quality and safety for women, children, and sexual health at University Hospitals Sussex.  I have worked in the NHS for 16 years and specifically in quality governance for 12 years in all subject areas of quality including risk, safety, experience, engagement, compliance, assurance, and QI. My clinical background is in mental health having worked as an adult community case manager for 8 years in the USA prior to emigrating to the UK.
